Seminar with jo
On April 27, 2019, sensei Andrzej Bazylko directed seminar dedicated to fighting using jo. The seminar began with suburi exercises – basic strokes. Then there was kumijo and reactions to choku tsuki and shomen uchi attacks.

Camp Świeradów Zdrój 2018
