The first training is available free of charge. If you like it, you should make an appropriate charge and you can continue training. If not, the participant does not incur any costs.
Participation in trainings can be submitted by mail or by phone. However, you can also come to practice without notice and sign up for classes on the spot. If you decide to continue training, two formalities have to be completed. You will need:
- medical certificate of your ability to participate in sport and leisure from your doctor
- sport insurance for people practising martial arts
We participate in trainings dressed in keikogi. Beginners can put a T-shirt and sweatpants. We bring slippers to move from the locker room to the mat. It is possible to use the shower.
