XII PFA National Technical Seminar

On June 4, 2022, another National Technical Seminar of the Polish Aikido Federation took place in Poznań. The trainings were directed by members of the PFA Technical Council: Andrzej Bazylko, Tomasz Sowiński, Paweł Olesiak, Wojciech Drąg. Sensei Andrzej Bazylko devoted the training to explaining the meaning of katame waza (locking and pinning techniques).
