We practised under the guidance of Pascal Durchon sensei

Another seminar of Pascal Durchon sensei is behind us. Aikidoists from Warsaw, Lodz, Kielce and Plock practised kumijo forms and applications based on ude kime nage from shomen uchi and jodan tsuki attacks. We studied creating the moment of encounter and using it to respond powerfully but non-aggressively to an attack. We looked for a spontaneous, intuitive response.
