The first visit of Andrzej Bazylko sensei at the Cracow Aikido Club “Onshin”

Sensei Andrzej Bazylko directed on June 16-17, 2018, the first seminar at the Cracow Aikido Club Onshin at the invitation of the club's leader Piotr Ożdziński. Program of the seminar, apart from Aikido, included also Kashima Shin Ryu kenjutsu. Basic cuts, maintaining contact, control of the attack line and the first kata series, kihon dachi, were practiced. The topic of aikido classes was what is the essence of aikido, so control the balance at the moment of attack and capture the opponent's energy at the moment of the meeting.
