Summer seminar in Stara Kamienica 2025

From 28 July to 3 August 2025, we trained together at the hospitable "Agroturystyka U Świątków" in Stara Kamienica, one of the oldest Polish villages located at the foot of the Izera Mountains. As a close-knit team, we explored the secrets of aikido, kenjutsu, batto jutsu, and aikijo. Together, we worked on proper posture and appropriate responses to attacks. At the same time, everyone focused on what could currently help them most in their development.
