5th National Technical Seminar of Polish Federation of Aikido was held in Wloclawek on the 13th June 2015. It inaugurated celebration of the 25th anniversary of Polish Aikido Federation. Aikitaiso (gymnastics of aikido), exercises preparing to execute techniques of aikido and understand its main rules, was the main topic. Andrzej Bazylko sensei demonstrated and explained exercises connected to the control of Center.
